1. Rental period starts from the date of delivery and ends on the agreed return date.
2. A security deposit (collateral) is required and will be refunded upon safe return of the item.
3. Late returns will incur additional charges as per the daily rental rate.
4. Customer is responsible for any damage to the rented item during the rental period.
5. Damaged items will result in deduction from the security deposit.
6. Items must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear accepted).
7. Customer must not sub-rent or transfer the rented item to any third party.
8. Full payment must be completed before the item can be returned and deposit refunded.
9. Lost items will be charged at full replacement cost.
10. Customer must notify immediately if the item is damaged or malfunctions.
